- SNR in DB - those of you are technical will really enjoy this option
- Improved BER - those of you are technical will really enjoy this option
- Show Plicons - show the little pictures in the EPG and OSD for the channel we are viewing

- Seconds in OSD clock - a great option if you need it
- No picture in radio/mp3
- Listbox OSD main menu - If you like to use list menu rather than the default menus in any skin, then select it here

- Show Sat position - a great option for those of us who have multiple satellites and the same TV or Radio channels on them
- Auto show infobar
- Show remaining time - Shows how long your TV show or radio show has to go
- Hide shortcut icons
- Skip confirmations
- Hide error windows
- Enable fast zapping DM500 users will want to disable fast zapping so you do not loose lip sync. The time difference between the audio and video
- Auto bouquet change - a great function but be careful as it does really change to the next bouquet without warning
